This Privacy Policy explains how Premium Domains Network ("PDN", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit our marketplace and interact with our brokerage and appraisal services.

Information we collect. When you submit an inquiry, list a domain, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide: typically your name, email address, optional phone number, and any context you share about the transaction. We also automatically receive standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested URL, referrer, timestamp) used to operate the site, prevent abuse, and produce aggregate analytics. You do not need an account to browse the marketplace.

How we use information. We use personal information solely to (a) respond to inquiries and submissions, (b) facilitate domain transactions through an independent third-party escrow service, (c) send transactional notices about offers, valuations, and settlement status, (d) detect and prevent fraud, and (e) improve the marketplace experience. We never sell, rent, or barter your personal data, and we do not power third-party advertising.

Payment data. PDN does not store payment-card numbers or bank-account details on its own infrastructure. All settlement information is handled by regulated payment processors and the third-party escrow service we work with, under their own privacy frameworks. We retain only the minimum transaction metadata required to evidence the deal — amounts, parties, dates, and registrar transfer references.

Sharing with third parties. We share necessary information with (a) the third-party escrow service used to complete a transaction, (b) registrars and registries when transferring a domain, (c) professional advisors bound by confidentiality obligations, and (d) authorities where required by applicable law or to protect our legal rights. We never share your data with marketers or list brokers.

Cookies and analytics. We use first-party session cookies to keep you signed in to the admin area and to remember basic preferences. Your rights. Depending on where you reside, you may have the right to access, correct, port, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw any consent you have given. Use our contact form to exercise these rights and we will respond within thirty days.

Data retention. We retain inquiry and submission records for up to twenty-four months after the last interaction, and transaction records for the period required by tax and anti-money-laundering regulations (typically five to seven years). After these periods, records are anonymised or securely deleted.

Security. We protect data in transit with TLS, store credentials with modern password hashing, segregate production access, and review our security posture regularly. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the protection of your data with the same rigor as the integrity of our marketplace.

International transfers. Where your information crosses borders, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. By interacting with PDN you consent to the processing of your information in the jurisdictions where we and our partners operate.

Children. PDN is intended for adults conducting commercial transactions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.

Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on this page; the "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
