Terms of Service
The rules of the road for using PDN.
Last updated: 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Premium Domains Network ("PDN", "we", "us"), including premiumdomainsnetwork.com and all related brokerage and appraisal services. By using the marketplace you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By using PDN you represent that you meet these requirements and that any information you submit is accurate and current.
Marketplace role. PDN operates as a curated marketplace and broker. We facilitate introductions, valuations, negotiations, and settlement coordination between buyers and sellers. Funds are handled by an independent third-party escrow service — we never take custody of buyer funds ourselves. Unless explicitly stated, listings are sold by their respective owners or authorised representatives.
Listings and inquiries. Buyers may submit inquiries through the form on each listing or our general contact form. Sellers may submit domains for review through the "List Your Domain" form. Every submission is reviewed manually by our brokerage desk and goes live only after explicit approval. PDN reserves the right to accept, decline, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or inquiry without notice — including for accuracy, brand fit, legal risk, or alignment with our quality standards.
Pricing and offers. Public listings on PDN do not display fixed prices; final pricing is established through brokered negotiation. All offers are non-binding until accepted in writing by PDN or the seller and routed through the third-party escrow service. Submitting an offer does not create a contract to purchase.
Escrow and payment. Transactions are completed exclusively through an independent third-party escrow service, which holds buyer funds until verified domain transfer at the registrar. Available payment rails include fiat wire transfer, ACH, and equivalent traditional banking instruments; PDN does not accept cryptocurrency payments. Fees, including escrow fees and broker commission, are disclosed before settlement.
Domain transfer. Transfer is initiated upon escrow receipt of cleared funds. Standard transfers complete within one to ten business days depending on the registrar, TLD, and any registry locks. The buyer is responsible for accepting the transfer at their nominated registrar within the period communicated by escrow.
Seller obligations. When listing a domain, you represent that you (a) are the lawful owner or authorised representative of the name, (b) hold clear title with no liens or third-party rights, (c) have not listed the domain elsewhere on terms that would conflict with sale through PDN, and (d) will execute the registrar transfer promptly upon escrow confirmation.
Buyer obligations. Buyers agree to fund escrow promptly upon offer acceptance, conduct their own due diligence (including any necessary trademark review), and accept registrar transfer within the agreed window.
Prohibited conduct. You agree not to (a) scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to harvest listings, (b) submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, (c) circumvent escrow or attempt to deal directly with a counterparty introduced by PDN to avoid fees, (d) infringe trademarks or other intellectual property, (e) use the marketplace for laundering proceeds of illegal activity, or (f) interfere with the security or operation of the site.
Intellectual property. The PDN brand, layouts, copy, and editorial curation are owned by us and licensed to you only for personal browsing and good-faith transactions. Listing descriptions authored by us may be reproduced for the purpose of a transaction but may not be republished elsewhere without permission.
Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep negotiation details, valuations, and counterparty identities confidential, and to use them only for the purpose of completing or evaluating a transaction.
Disclaimers. The marketplace is provided "as is" and "as available". PDN does not warrant that any specific domain is free of trademark conflict, traffic value, or future renewability. Buyers are responsible for their own due diligence and, where appropriate, for consulting trademark counsel.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PDN's aggregate liability for any claim related to the marketplace shall not exceed the broker fees actually paid by you to PDN in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDN, its officers, employees, and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Termination. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal, security, or operational reasons. Sections governing intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification survive termination.
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which PDN is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
Changes. We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page; continued use of the marketplace after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
Contact. Questions about these Terms can be sent through our contact form.
