Domain Brokerage. Senior brokers run targeted acquisition campaigns on names not publicly listed. We approach the registrant on your behalf, run negotiation, and coordinate close — protecting buyer identity throughout. Standard commission is 15% on closed sales, paid only when escrow funds clear; no upfront retainer for engagements under $10,000.
Expert Appraisal. Our valuation model is calibrated against decades of comparable sales and reviewed by a senior broker. Quick appraisals are free for sellers submitting through the marketplace. Certified written reports are available for finance, tax, M&A, and estate purposes.
Curated Marketplace. The public marketplace lists names that fit our editorial filter — short brandables, premium ccTLDs, exact-match keywords with commercial intent, and geo-luxury picks. Every listing is reviewed manually by the brokerage desk; every seller submission is approved before it goes live. We are deliberately selective: quality over volume.
Independent Escrow. Settlement is coordinated through an independent third-party escrow service. The provider holds buyer funds until registrar transfer is verified, then releases payment to the seller. PDN never takes custody of buyer funds.
Payment & Currencies. Transactions settle in fiat — USD, EUR, or GBP — via wire transfer or ACH. PDN does not accept cryptocurrency payments at this time.
